Layer 1 — The Lava Cake Base

Our classic soft chocolate cake, but turned up a notch. We've made it even more fudgy and added a technique to keep it extra moist longer. Deep chocolate flavour, balanced — not cloyingly sweet.

Layer 2 — Specialty Nut Paste from I'M NUTS

This is where things get interesting. We use:

1. Almonds — roasted at medium-high heat to bring out that toasty, nutty aroma
2. Peanuts — carefully sized for even texture

The ratio? Tested many, many times until we landed on the perfect balance of smooth, rich, and fragrant. Ground to a silky finish that melts right into the chocolate without fighting it.

Layer 3 — The Award-Winning Crunchy Topping ⭐

A secret crispy base recipe that delivers that satisfying crunch. Then coated in premium chocolate to lock in the crispiness. This layer won the Taste Awards 2024 — and once you try it, you'll understand why.
