Yellow Chocolate

Yellow Chocolate blends unique flavors with a mission to support cocoa farmers and promote sustainability.

Yellow Chocolate, established in 2019, supports cocoa-growing communities by improving cultivation and processing techniques for better cocoa quality and farmer livelihoods. The brand offers innovative chocolates that promote sustainability and responsible consumption, with each purchase aiding community development and environmental care.

The "Cocoa Farmers on the Mountain" Community Enterprise, located atop the highlands of Nan province, was founded by Khun Patamaporn Pichai — a visionary farmer determined to uplift her hometown of Ban Yod in Song Khwae district.

She began by cultivating Chumphon 1 cocoa variety on her land and soon expanded her knowledge to fellow farmers in the village, focusing on building a strong, unified group. This community enterprise does more than just grow cacao; they handle the entire post-harvest process themselves — from fermentation and drying to crafting high-quality chocolate. These efforts significantly increase the value of their cacao beans and provide sustainable income for the community members.

The group also welcomes visitors interested in learning more about their work and offers both cacao seedlings and processed products for sale.
