Mira's journey started 7-8 years ago when their father began growing cocoa in Thailand. Inspired by his dedication, Mira and their team learned chocolate-making from him, exploring its complexities. Their aim is to raise awareness about cocoa and promote Lam Takhong Cocoa Farm and Mira Craft Chocolate.

Ajarn Praituey Kratoknok, a former science teacher from a prestigious high school in Bangkok, took his scientific expertise into cacao farming after retirement. Applying meticulous planning and scientific methods, he carefully oversees every step, from cultivation and harvesting to processing, resulting in high-quality Korat cacao with a distinctive flavor.

Mira Chocolate specializes in producing chocolate made exclusively from cacao grown in Korat, giving each product a unique identity. The combination of science and artistry in Ajarn Praituey's farming approach ensures top-quality cacao with an exceptional taste.
