🌱 Young Level

Designed for students, home bakers, and young culinary enthusiasts (under 25) eager to spark their creativity.

1. Submission Requirement: Focus on fresh ideas, passion, and creative uses of local cacao.

Competition Timeline (All Levels)

1. Online Audition (15 – 31 May 2026)

1. The Mission: Submit a 60–90 second video introducing yourself and your signature chocolate menu concept.

2. Chocolate Masterclass Workshop (Saturday, 20 June 2026)

1. Location: Kruawandee Culinary School (Ramkhamhaeng 25)
2. The Mission: An intensive technique coaching session exclusive to the Top 50 qualifiers.

3. Play-Off Knockout Round (Saturday, 27 June 2026)

1. Location: Thailand Wellness & Healthcare Expo 2026 @ BITEC Bangna
2. The Mission: A high-stakes live elimination round to narrow the field down to the Final 10.

4. The Grand Finale (Saturday, 22 August 2026)

1. Location: Food & Hospitality Thailand FHT2026 @ Queen Sirikit National Convention Center (QSNCC)
2. The Mission: Live cooking and a 10-minute on-stage pitch to crown the Champion.
